Description: We are experiencing technical difficulties with our payment provider, DataCash, for taking online payments.
We are working with DataCash currently to establish what has gone wrong, and to find a solution as quickly as possible. We will keep you updated.

This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: Resolved
Description: Currently there is an issue with our internal ticket / support system meaning we are unable to reply to customer queries currently. Our engineers are working to resolve this as soon as possible and a further update will be released when the service has been restored.

This has no impact on our network or other system services.

Description: We can confirm the issue has now been resolved.

Normal service resumed for new emails at approximately 11:00 BST with the backlog of queued emails processed by approximately 13:40 BST.

TextAnywhere Service Alert: 24/06/2019 17:48 – Delivery Status issue 18/06/2019

This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: Update
Description: On Tuesday 18th June between 07:55 – 08:20 BST one of our providers experienced an issue on their platform which affected a small subset of outgoing SMS traffic that had been routed via the affected provider.

This resulted in delivery status information being delayed for the affected traffic. For a very small number of messages some delivery status information may have unfortunately been lost.

Please note this issue only affected a small percentage of the total SMS traffic sent during this period, the majority of which was sent via alternative routes.

Description: Inbound message traffic resumed at 13:59 BST and our network provider has confirmed that the issue has now been resolved.

Messages sent to the affected number ranges during the period were queued and have now been received.

Again, we apolgise for the inconvenience caused.
