TextAnywhere Service Alert: 01/07/2019 09:39 – Outbound Email Issue

This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: Resolved
Description: We can confirm the issue has now been resolved.

Normal service resumed for new emails at approximately 11:00 BST with the backlog of queued emails processed by approximately 13:40 BST.

Again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Please be aware that we are currently experiencing an issue sending emails from our system relating to SMS replies and delivery status information.

Please note that sending SMS via our TextMail email to SMS service remains unaffected.

All other services are operating as normal.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will provide further updates as soon as possible.
