Status and maintenance updates for the TextAnywhere platform.

TextAnywhere Service Alert: 15/04/2019 13:09 – Service Issue affecting inbound number ranges 0778147xxx and 0778148xxx

This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: Resolved
Description: Inbound message traffic resumed at 13:59 BST and our network provider has confirmed that the issue has now been resolved.

Messages sent to the affected number ranges during the period were queued and have now been received.

Again, we apolgise for the inconvenience caused.


Unfortunately we are now longer receiving messages to the below number ranges, the last being received at 13:12 BST.

Our network provider is urgently working to resolve the issue. We will provide further updates as soon as they become available.

We have been notified that one of our network providers are currently experiencing an instability issue on their platform. This relates to inbound traffic received to the below number ranges:


We are still receiving traffic to these number ranges, however we are monitoring.

All other services are unaffected.

We will provide updates as soon as they become available, but on behalf of our network provider we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
