Description: Please be advised that we have been receiving messages from our upstream provider since 09:20 this morning, and that the service seems is now fully operational again.

We will continue to monitor the situation and work with the provider to understand the issues that caused this disruption to their service.

Messages destined for your short code services are temporarily not being sent to us, due to an issue with our network operator partner. Our partner is working on the issue and expects to resolve this issue shortly.

Any messages sent by handsets to your services will be queued by the network operators, and delivered to you on resolution of the issue. Any outbound premium messages destined for handsets will be queued by us and processed by our partner on resolution of the issue.

Once resolved, we will be working with our network partner to better understand the cause of the issue, and to receive confidence that the issue will not be repeated.
