Description: In order to improve our service we are conducting a planned maintenance affecting outbound email during the above times.

During the upgrade there are no expected outages for any of our services, however the overall timeframe should be seen as risk time where there could be be brief interruptions to our outbound email service.

Inbound emails related to our TextMail Email to SMS service are unaffected by this work.

Description: Please be advised that we will be performing our patching program during the above times.

We do not expect any interruption to our services during these times. However, it is always possible that very short delays in the processing of messages, accessing our services, and processing of web service requests may occur.

It is possible that at 21:30 there may be a break in service of up to 5 minutes as the database cluster components are patched and failover in an orderly, structured way.
