This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: Resolved
Description: We can confirm inbound traffic has remained stable since the last update and our network operator partner has confirmed the issue is now fully resolved.

Messages are temporarily not being sent to us, due to an issue with our network operator partner. Our partner is working on the issue and expects to resolve this issue shortly.

Any messages sent by handsets to our affected services will be queued by the network operators and delivered to you on resolution of the issue.

Description: Please note that we experienced an issue with our Domain Name System (DNS) provider earlier today which may have affected the ability to connect to our services.

We had been monitoring traffic since the previous update and traffic has remained stable.
