This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: New
Description: We have been advised by our network providers that O2 are currently experience issues delivering MO messages to the following shared short codes:

O2 and our network providers are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that this issue is not affecting any short codes not listed here or standard long number traffic.

We will provide further updates as we receive them and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: Resolved
Description: Our network provider has confirmed that the issue has now been resolved and we can also confirm that normal traffic has resumed.

All queued messages have now been processed.

Please be advised that one of our network providers are currently experiencing issues which are causing delays in delivery for our Text Inbound and Reply services.

This issue is only affecting a small subset of inbound numbers and we have undertaken steps to mitigate the issue. Affected messages will be queued by the network provider and delivered once the issue has been resolved.

Please note that outbound traffic is not affected.

They are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible and we will provide further updates as we receive them, but in the meantime we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
