Please be advised that there is currently an issue affecting the following inbound number ranges for customers with dedicated numbers associated with their account:

MO messages are currently not being received for these numbers. Our network provider is investigating this with the highest priority.
All other services and shared inbound numbers are unaffected.
We will provide updates as soon as they become available, but on behalf of our network provider we apologise for any inconvenience caused. |
