This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: Resolved
Description: Our network partner has confirmed that the issue has now been resolved.

Successful receipt of inbound messages resumed at 11:16 BST.

On behalf of our network partner, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Please be advised that we are not currently receiving messages to our TextPremium shared and dedicated short code numbers. The issue began at 09:58 BST.

Messages destined for your short code services are temporarily not being sent to us, due to an issue with our network operator partner. Our partner is working on the issue and expects to resolve this issue shortly.

Any messages sent by handsets to your services will be queued by the network operators, and delivered to you on resolution of the issue. Any outbound premium messages destined for handsets will be queued by us and processed by our partner on resolution of the issue.

We do apologise for any inconvenience that this issue may cause you.

We will provide an update when we receive more information.

This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Description: We have been advised by the network provider in question that this issue is now resolved. On behalf of the network provider and O2, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

One of our network providers has advised of a current issue on the O2 platform which is affecting both dediated and shared short codes.

Customers may not be able to send or receive short code SMS messages via the O2 Network.

Please note that this is only affecting short code traffic via the O2 Network. All other traffic remains unaffected.

O2 engineers are investigating the issue with the highest priority and on behalf of the operator we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Further updates will be provided as we receive them.
