Status and maintenance updates for the TextAnywhere platform.

Status update

This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: New
Description: There is currently a UK Wide T-Mobile service disruption.

Customers may not be able to send or receive SMS messages via the T-Mobile Network. Any Messages sent by customers will be queued up and processed once T-Mobile have resolved the issue on their side. Please note that this is only affecting traffic via the T-Mobile Network only and all other traffic remains unaffected.

TextAnywhere is sorry for the inconvenience and we sinserely hope that it will be resolved quickly – however it is unfortunately out of our control.

Further updates will be provided as we receive them from T-Mobile.

Current Impact:
  • Outbound messages:
Messages sent by customers will be queued up and processed once the issue is resolved.
  • Inbound messages
Messages from T-Mobile handsets may be delayed at T-Mobile. These messages should be delivered once the issue is resolved.
