Description: Please be advised that the platform experienced performance degradation between approximately 04:00 – 07:45 BST this morning.

We have identified the cause and taken remedial action. Platform performance has returned to normal, however we will continue to monitor.

Description: MO messages have continued to be received as normal since the last update and our network provider has confirmed that the issue has been fully resolved.

Please be advised that there is currently an issue affecting the following inbound number ranges for customers with dedicated numbers associated with their account:

MO messages are currently not being received for these numbers. Our network provider is investigating this with the highest priority.

All other services and shared inbound numbers are unaffected.

We will provide updates as soon as they become available, but on behalf of our network provider we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
