This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Description: We have now been advised by our network providers that this issue is now resolved.

Again, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We have been notified by our network providers that Three (Hutchison 3G) are currently experiencing a service degradation which is affecting around 50 percent of traffic towards their subscribers.

Please note that this is only affecting traffic via the Three UK network.

This issue is being dealt with by Three UK with a high priority and they are working on solving this as soon as possible.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
