This is to notify you of an upcoming TextAnywhere scheduled maintenance window.

Description: One of our upstream network providers has notified us of their requirement to perform critical maintenance on their infrastructure. The maintenance window is between 07:00 and 08:00 GMT on 19th November 2015.

Upgrade type: Maintenance
Description: Essential firewall maintenance

This will affect customers with shortcodes in the range 8xxxx only.

This upgrade will require 60 minutes of downtime, during which time this provider will not be available.

Messages sent via this provider will queue with the provider and will be sent on once the provider is available again.

Expected Impact:
  • Outbound messages:
Any PSMS messages will be released to the provider on completion of the maintenance.
  • Inbound messages:
Any messages due to be processed within this window will be queued and processed after the maintenance is complete.
  • Delivery statuses:
