This is to notify you of an upcoming TextAnywhere scheduled maintenance window.

Description: Please be advised that following the deprecation of SHA-1 SSL certificates by Microsoft, Google and Mozilla in recent versions of their respective web browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox) we will shortly be re- issuing the SSL certificate for textapp.net with a SHA256 signature.

This applies to the following services:

• Web browser-based services (e.g. TextOnline, TextCampaign, TextSurvey, TextInbound/Account Management and Reporting).
• TextGateway API connecting via ‘www.textapp.net’ over secure connections.
Expected Impact:
  • Outbound messages:
 No impact
  • Inbound messages:
 No impact
  • Delivery statuses:
 No impact
  • Web services:
 For desktop users of our browser-based services there should be no impact.

For customers using the TextGateway web service via textapp.net over HTTPS please check your infrastructure for any action that may be required.
