Status update

This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: Resolved
Description: After confirmation of resolution by our network provider and monitoring over the weekend we can confirm that this issue has now been resolved.

Again, we apologise for any inconvenience that was caused.

Our network provder has advised that their platform is now stable and we can confirm that inbound traffic has returned to normal.

However we will continue to monitor pending confirmation of resolution.

Please be advised that one of our network providers are currently experiencing issues which are causing delays in delivery for our Text Inbound and Reply services.

This issue is only affecting a small subset of inbound numbers and we have undertaken steps to mitigate the issue. Affected messages will be queued by the network provider and delivered once the issue has been resolved.

Please note that outbound traffic is not affected.

We will provide further updates as soon as possibe, but in the meantime we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
