TextAnywhere Service Alert: 07/04/2016 10:41 – Provider Service Issue

This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: New
Description: One of our network providers have informed us that they are currently experiencing issues with their platorm which may result in possible delays for outbound messages.

Their engineers are working quickly to identify the cause of the issue and determine the impact.

Please note that messages sent since 09:50 BST should not be affected as we have implemented steps to mitigate the issue.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will provide further updates as soon as we have more information.
