Description: | We are now receiving inbound traffic again commencing from approximately 10:29 BST.
We are continuing to monitor. ************************ Please be advised that we are not currently receiving messages to a range of our shared and dedicated inbound numbers. The issue began at 08:39 BST. Messages are temporarily not being sent to us, due to an issue with our network operator partner. Our partner is working on the issue and expects to resolve this issue shortly. Any messages sent by handsets to our affected services will be queued by the network operators and delivered to you on resolution of the issue. We do apologise for any inconvenience that this issue may cause you. We will provide an update as soon as we receive further information. |
