We apologise for the inconvenience caused. ***************************** Successful receipt of inbound messages resumed at 10:45 BST and we can confirm that any queued messages have now been processed. However we will continue to monitor. ***************************** Please be advised that we are not currently receiving messages to our TextPremium shared and dedicated short code numbers. The issue began at 10:01 BST. Messages destined for your short code services are temporarily not being sent to us, due to an issue with our network operator partner. Our partner is working on the issue and expects to resolve this issue shortly. Any messages sent by handsets to your services will be queued by the network operators, and delivered to you on resolution of the issue. Any outbound premium messages destined for handsets will be queued by us and processed by our partner on resolution of the issue. We do apologise for any inconvenience that this issue may cause you. We will provide an update when we receive more information. |
