Investigating Issues with MFA Sign-ups

We are currently investigating reports of errors when attempting to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). New MFA enrollments are failing at this time. Our engineering team is working to identify the root cause, and we will provide an update as soon as more information is available.
