TextAnywhere Service Alert: 01/06/2018 14:53 – Provider Service Issue

This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: Resolved
Description: Our network provider has now confirmed that the issue has been fully resolved.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.


Our network provider has advised that their platform has stabilised and we can confirm that traffic has returned to normal, however we will continue to monitor.


One of our network providers have informed us that they are currently experiencing issues with their platorm which may result in possible delays/rejects for both inbound/outbound messages.

Their engineers are working quickly to identify the cause of the issue and determine the impact.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will provide further updates as soon as we have more information.
