TextAnywhere Service Alert: 17/03/2016 12:08 – EE Service issue affecting TextPremium Services

This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: New
Description: Please be advised that Everything Everywhere (EE) is currently experiencing an issue on their platform that is affecting TextPremium services. The operator is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Clients may experience MO rejects from EE.

Please note that this is only affecting Short Code numbers. Free to receive long number services are operating normally.

We appreciate your patience while the operator works to resolve the issue. We will keep you updated with the latest developments.
