TextAnywhere Service Alert: 12/04/2017 11:00 – Issue for TextPremium clients with shared and dedicated Short Codes

This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: Update
Description: Our network partner is still experiencing issues with Orange MO traffic.

They are continuing to work towards resolution with Orange.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and we will provide further updates as we receive them.

Please be advised that our network partner has advised that they are not currently receiving messages for a number of our TextPremium shared and dedicated short code numbers from the Orange network.

Our network partner is working with Orange to resolve this issue as a matter of urgency.

We do apologise for any inconvenience that this issue may cause you.

We will provide an update when we receive more information.
