TextAnywhere Service Alert: 15/12/2016 11:51 – Issue for TextPremium clients with shared and dedicated Short Codes

This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: Resolved
Description: Our network provider has now confirmed that the issue has now been fully resolved.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please be advised that there are currently intermittent issues with receiving messages to our TextPremium shared and dedicated short code numbers.

Messages destined for short code services are temporarily not being sent to us, due to an issue with our network operator partner. Our partner is working on the issue and expects to resolve this issue shortly.

Any messages sent by handsets to your services will be queued by the network operators, and delivered to you on resolution of the issue.

Once resolved, we will be working with our network partner to better understand the cause of the issue, and to receive confidence that the issue will not be repeated.

We do apologise for any inconvenience that this issue may cause you.

We will provide an update when we receive more information.
