TextAnywhere Service Alert: 11/10/2016 09:56 – Connectivity issue from 11/10/16 00:20 until 11/10/16 07:40

This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: Resolved
Description: We encountered an unexpected connectivity issue with our database at approximately 12.20 a.m. on last night (11th October 2016) which was caused by an over-running internal process – our monitoring systems alerted this to us and the issue was resolved at 07.40 this morning (11th October 2016).

Having identified the cause of the issue, we are putting in place measures to ensure there can be no recurrence.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
