Description: Please be advised that we, along with our hosting partner Rackspace, will be performing our monthly Microsoft patching program during the above times.

We do not expect any interruption to our services during these times. However, it is always possible that very short delays in the processing of messages, accessing our services, and processing of web service requests may occur.

It is possible that at 21.30 there may be a break in service of up to 5 minutes as the database cluster components are patched and failover in an orderly, structured way.

We will update you upon completion of the maintenance.

Description: We have received notification from our network providers that O2 will be performing a scheduled maintenance activity during the above time period.

During this 8 hour maintenance window there will be an expected 3 hour outage for TextPremium messages sent to and from 02 destinations. Any affected messages will be queued and delivered when service is resumed.

Please be advised that this impact is limited to O2. All other traffic will be unaffected by this activity.

We apologise on behalf of the network operator for any inconvenience this may cause.

Description: TextAnywhere are pleased to advise that T-Mobile have now advised this issue is resolved. All messages are now being processed as normal, with any delayed messages now processed also.

Description: There is currently a UK Wide T-Mobile service disruption.

Customers may not be able to send or receive SMS messages via the T-Mobile Network. Any Messages sent by customers will be queued up and processed once T-Mobile have resolved the issue on their side. Please note that this is only affecting traffic via the T-Mobile Network only and all other traffic remains unaffected.

TextAnywhere is sorry for the inconvenience and we sinserely hope that it will be resolved quickly – however it is unfortunately out of our control.

Further updates will be provided as we receive them from T-Mobile.

Description: We have been notified by one of our network partners, 2ergo, who provide our five-digit Short Code services (shared and dedicated numbers), that they have scheduled maintenance on their platform for the above date and time.

There will be an outage of up to 10 minutes within the 1 hour maintenance window during which inbound messages sent to our short codes will be queued. Once the maintenance has been completed the messages will be received by us and automatically sent on to you.

Similarly, premium (chargeable) messages sent by you to handsets during the outage will be queued and processed (and delivered to the handsets) once service is resumed.

Please note that regular, free-to-receive outbound messages and message replies remain completely unaffected by this maintenance window. Only inbound short code services are affected by this maintenance.

We do apologise for any inconvenience that this maintenance will cause.
