TextAnywhere Service Alert: 21/10/2022 12:44 – Service Issue affecting inbound number ranges 0778147xxx and 0778148xxx

This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: Resolved
Description: Inbound messages have continued to be received as normal since the last update and our network provider has confirmed that the issue has been fully resolved.

We apologise for the inconvienience caused.

Receipt of MO messages for the affected dedicated inbound numbers has now resumed since approximately 18:40.

We are continuing to monitor.

Please be advised that there is currently an issue affecting the following inbound number ranges for customers with dedicated numbers associated with their account:

+447537xxx
+447860xxx

MO messages are currently not being received for these numbers. Our network provider is investigating this with the highest priority.

All other services and shared inbound numbers are unaffected.

We will provide updates as soon as they become available, but on behalf of our network provider we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
