TextAnywhere Service Alert: 02/08/2022 17:27 – Inbound Message Service Degradation

This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: Monitoring
Description: Service has returned to normal since yesterday evenning. Delayed messages were queued by our upstream providers and the outstanding messages now been received and processed by our platform.

We are continuing to monitor.


Please be advised that there is currently a degradation in service regarding the receipt of inbound messages to a range of our shared and dedicated inbound numbers.

A number of inbound messages are being delayed due to an issue with our network operator partner. Our partner is currently investigating and we will provide an update as soon as we receive further information.
