This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status:	New
Description:	Please be aware that a small subset of outgoing SMS traffic is currently experiencing delays in the processing of delivery status updates. We have implementated mitigations so that current traffic is not currently experiencing this issue, however traffic submitted before 12:00 BST may be affected.
Current Impact:
Outbound messages:	No impact
Inbound messages	No impact
Delivery statuses:	Possible delays for messages submitted prior to 12:00 BST.
Web services:	No impact
Web applications:	No impact

We apologise for the inconvenience caused. ******************************************* We have now resumed receiving MO messages to the number ranges below since approximately 10:10 BST. We are continuing to monitor. ******************************************* Please be advised that there is currently an issue affecting the following inbound number ranges: 0778147xxx 0778148xxx MO messages are currently not being received for these numbers. Our network provider is investigating this with the highest priority. All other serivces are unaffected. We will provide updates as soon as they become available, but on behalf of our network provider we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
