Description: We can confirm that we have completed the platform move and that services are now available again.

As part of our commitment to providing the most reliable service to our clients we have taken the decision to move our hosting platform.

In order to implement this we do unfortunately need to disrupt our service to you for a short time whilst we bring new servers in to our network infrastructure.

What do you need to do?

Nothing unless your application white lists our IP addresses in which case you will need to change the IP addresses as below. This most likely will only affect those clients using our web service API and have white listed our IP addresses.

The new IP addresses are listed below:-

Inbound to TextAnywhere:
185.78.54.1
185.78.54.2
185.78.54.3
185.78.54.4

Outbound from TextAnywhere:

185.78.54.7
185.78.54.8

During the above times our services will be temporarily available.
