Description: | On Tuesday 18th June between 07:55 – 08:20 BST one of our providers experienced an issue on their platform which affected a small subset of outgoing SMS traffic that had been routed via the affected provider.
This resulted in delivery status information being delayed for the affected traffic. For a very small number of messages some delivery status information may have unfortunately been lost. Please note this issue only affected a small percentage of the total SMS traffic sent during this period, the majority of which was sent via alternative routes. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. |
