TextAnywhere Service Alert: 08/02/2017 16:23 – Issue for TextPremium clients with shared and dedicated Short Codes

This is to notify you of a service issue, which may impact your use of our services, as follows:

Status: Resolved
Description: Our network partner has confirmed that the issues on their platform have now been resolved.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please be advised that our network partner has advised that they are not currently receiving messages for our TextPremium shared and dedicated short code numbers from the T-Mobile and O2 networks.

Our Network Transit Provider is currently investigating this as a matter of urgency.

Any messages sent by handsets to your services will be queued by the network operators, and delivered to you on resolution of the issue. Any outbound premium messages destined for handsets will be queued by us and processed by our partner on resolution of the issue.

Once resolved, we will be working with our network partner to better understand the cause of the issue, and to receive confidence that the issue will not be repeated.

We do apologise for any inconvenience that this issue may cause you.

We will provide an update when we receive more information.

TextAnywhere Scheduled Maintenance: 13/02/2017 20:00 – Short Code & Long Numbers affected

This is to notify you of an upcoming TextAnywhere scheduled maintenance window.

Start Date and Time (UK time): 13/02/2017 20:00:00
End Date and Time (UK time): 13/02/2017 23:00:00
Description: We have just been informed that one of our Network Transit Providers will be performing maintenance on the dates shown.

We have been informed that during this maintenance window there will an intermittent disturbance of between 0 – 30 mins affecting all messages sent to short code and long number destinations.

Any messages that are due to be processed during this outage will be queued and then sent on resumption of the service.
